 AstroVanguard Privacy Policy

AstroVanguard is designed as a private, local-first advisory terminal. Your client dossiers, natal placements, timing notes, generated briefs, and exported reports are processed on your device and are not sent to AstroVanguard servers.


1. Information We Do Not Collect


AstroVanguard does not collect, sell, rent, or share your personal information.


We do not collect:

- Names or contact information

- Birth data or natal placements

- Client dossier contents

- Generated AI briefs

- PDF reports

- App usage analytics

- Advertising identifiers

- Precise or approximate location

- Device contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data


AstroVanguard does not use third-party advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or cross-app tracking.


2. Information Stored On Your Device


AstroVanguard may store the information you enter into the app, including client identifiers, roles, natal placements, decision context, timing calculations, and generated briefs.


This information is stored locally on your device. Where supported, AstroVanguard protects local vault data using device security features such as encryption and Face ID or Touch ID authentication.


AstroVanguard does not have access to your Face ID or Touch ID biometric data. Biometric authentication is handled by iOS.


3. On-Device AI Processing


AstroVanguard uses local AI processing to generate advisory briefs. Your prompts, client dossiers, timing data, and generated outputs are processed on your device and are not transmitted to AstroVanguard servers for AI generation.


4. Purchases and Subscriptions


AstroVanguard Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.


AstroVanguard does not receive or store your payment card number, bank account information, or full App Store billing details. Apple may provide subscription status information necessary to unlock Pro features in the app.


Apple’s handling of purchase and payment information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.


5. Data Sharing


AstroVanguard does not sell your data.


AstroVanguard does not share your in-app content with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or AI service providers.


6. Network Access


Core app functionality is designed to work locally. Certain system-level features, such as App Store subscription validation or downloading required app resources, may involve communication with Apple services. AstroVanguard does not use these connections to collect your personal app content.


7. Data Export


If you export a PDF report or share content from AstroVanguard, you control where that exported file goes. Any information you choose to share outside the app is handled by the destination app, service, or recipient you select.


8. Data Deletion


You can delete information stored in AstroVanguard by removing dossiers or deleting the app from your device. Deleting the app removes locally stored app data from the device, subject to normal iOS behavior and any backups you control.


If you use iCloud or device backups, copies of app data may exist in backups managed by Apple or by you.


9. Children’s Privacy


AstroVanguard is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.


10. Changes to This Policy


We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
