1. Our Privacy Philosophy Sightline is built with "Privacy by Design." We believe your creative process and your inspiration are yours alone. The App is engineered to process all data locally on your device. We do not want, and do not collect, your personal files or creative work.

2. Data Collection & Usage

  • Reference Images: All images you import into Sightline are stored locally in the App’s private container or your device’s Photo Library. We never upload, transmit, or store your images on our servers.

  • Color Data: Palette extraction is performed entirely on-device using local frameworks (Accelerate and CoreML). No image data is sent to the cloud for processing.

  • Personal Information: Sightline does not require an account or registration. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Apple App Store (StoreKit): We use Apple’s standard system for In-App Purchases. Apple may collect transaction data as governed by their Privacy Policy. We only receive a notification of successful payment; we do not see your credit card or billing details.

  • Crash Reporting (Optional): We may use anonymized crash reports (via Apple’s standard developer tools) to fix bugs. This data contains no personally identifiable information.

4. Data Retention and Deletion Because all data is stored locally, deleting the App from your device will immediately and permanently delete all data stored within it. We have no way to recover this data for you once the App is deleted.

5. Children’s Privacy Sightline does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.
